By accessing gastrohub.kz, viewing materials, creating an account, submitting a form, placing or paying for an order, the user accepts these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Cookies Notice, applicable consents and order terms shown before confirmation.

The website may contain information about Gastrohub, goods, services, promotions, prices, orders, payment, delivery, support, reviews and other functions. Gastrohub may change, suspend or discontinue individual functions when reasonably necessary.

• use the website lawfully and in good faith;
• not interfere with security, software, networks or infrastructure;
• not use bots, scrapers, malware, spam or misleading content;
• not collect other people’s personal data without a lawful ground.

Information about goods and services, availability, price, taxes, fees, payment method, delivery, timelines and material terms is shown on the website, in the order interface, in an offer or before confirmation. Gastrohub may reject or cancel an order in case of incorrect information, unconfirmed payment, lack of goods, technical or pricing error, violation of law or violation of these Terms.

Delivery, pickup, cancellation, return and refund terms are stated on the website, in the order interface, in an offer or in communications with the customer. Mandatory consumer protection rules take priority.

Promotions, discounts, promo codes and loyalty programs may have separate terms, periods, limits and eligibility criteria. Gastrohub may stop abuse, fraud, resale, automated use or combining offers contrary to published terms.

If the website allows reviews, comments or photos, the user grants Gastrohub a non-exclusive right to store, display, moderate and use that content for operating and promoting the service. Content, design, software, trademarks and databases belong to Gastrohub or rights holders and may be used only for personal lawful informational purposes.

The website may use and/or integrate third-party services, including Facebook Pixel (Meta Business Tools Terms), Google Analytics (Google Analytics Terms of Service; how Google uses information from sites and apps), 2GIS (2GIS service terms; 2GIS privacy policy), as well as payment, delivery, mapping, analytics, communication, social and other services, including Bank CenterCredit / BCC when processing payments and related banking operations. Such services may receive technical data, cookies, device identifiers, information about website actions, payment statuses, transaction identifiers and other information within their role and consent settings. Personal data is processed under the Privacy Policy, the Cookies Notice and applicable consents. Service messages may be sent even after opting out of marketing.

When moving to BCC services or using banking functions provided by BCC, the relevant service may separately request the user’s consent to access device functions and data needed for the banking service. Gastrohub may also use individual device functions and user data if needed for website operation, order placement, payment, delivery, support, uploading materials, confirming actions, determining an address or improving the service, where user consent, device settings or another lawful ground exists.

• image gallery - for the user to upload graphic information;
• mobile device camera - to scan a QR code, pay for a service or record video if such a function is used;
• digital documents available through integration with government services;
• microphone - for audio or video calls if such a function is available;
• geolocation - to determine location using geolocation services.

The website is provided as available. To the maximum extent permitted by Kazakhstan law, Gastrohub is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, data loss, actions of third parties or the user’s breach of these Terms. Gastrohub may restrict access, suspend an account, cancel orders or remove content if terms, law, payment rules, security or third-party rights are violated.
