Vassilij Filimonov is founder and board member of GH Holdings, CEO of Gastrohub and one of the key ideologists behind Synex IWS, the group’s intelligent operating system.
He is an entrepreneur and investor with more than 17 years of experience building and developing businesses in Germany and international markets. His background combines IT, e-commerce, manufacturing, process automation, operational efficiency and customer-oriented product launches.
Today Vassilij is developing GH Holdings as a next-generation platform group, where Gastrohub is the key food retail & fulfilment direction and Synex IWS is the technology core for managing operations, data, processes and scaling.

Rustem Sharipov is CEO, founder and board member of GH Holdings.
He is an entrepreneur, investor and international project executive with more than 15 years of experience in the public and private sectors. His expertise combines government relations, financial development, infrastructure projects, construction, IT, digital transformation and scaling technology businesses.
Within GH Holdings, Rustem is responsible for strategic group management, international development, government and institutional partnerships, financial architecture, construction and infrastructure projects, and active scaling of the IT direction.
Rustem is also one of the ideologists behind Synex IWS, the intelligent operating system of GH Holdings created for process automation, data management and ecosystem scaling.

Konstantin Artyukh is Chairman of the Board of GH Holdings, responsible for legal strategy, corporate governance, international structuring, banking, regulator relations and preparing the group for public markets.
He has more than 25 years of experience in corporate, financial and banking law, management of legal and operational functions, and the creation of transparent corporate structures for major financial and public companies.
Earlier he held senior roles at DeltaCredit, Rosbank, the Association of Banks of Russia and MB RUS Financial Services. He also serves on the board of PJSC Carsharing Russia, the company developing the Delimobil service.

Jeroen Keijzer leads Daria Group, the agro-dairy direction of GH Holdings that brings together Daria Farm and Daria Milk & More.
He is an international executive with more than 27 years of experience in business development, the dairy industry, agricultural technologies and dealer networks across Europe, Kazakhstan and Central Asia. Earlier he held leadership roles at Lely, Tyco Fire Protection Products and Walraven.
Beyond the operating team, GH Holdings has a circle of investors who supported the project with trust, capital, expertise and time.
We do not mix them with team profiles, but we see them as an important part of the foundation: early support helps build not a single retail project, but an infrastructure platform with a long horizon.
