It is a gastronomic point of attraction for modern city residents, where you can shop, try new dishes in cafes, meet friends, and take part in events.

Access to quality products and exciting gastroprojects

GastroHub is the city's prime "about-food" place: a large space with a wide selection of farm-fresh products and gastronomic novelties on the one hand, and a comfortable place to hang out on the other.

Stalls with fresh vegetables, cheeses, and meat from local farmers neighbor with Vietnamese pho, Italian lasagna, and Peking duck, culinary workshops and tastings complement seasonal fairs and gastronomic festivals.

There is a children's room where you can leave your kid with animators during shopping, an opportunity to collect to-buy lists in the app and accumulate points, track special promotions and discounts, participate in cultural and educational programs. And, of course, top service and always fresh and high-quality products.

New type of gastronomic spaces in Kazakhstan

Fresh food trade is complemented by bistros, cooking schools, seasonal fairs, and gastronomic festivals.

  • lower prices than in supermarkets
  • wide assortment of fresh products
  • local producers
  • constant quality control
  • comfortable and beautiful territory
  • personalized shopping and payment system

Gastroculture as a lifestyle

GastroHub is a modern alternative to traditional food markets and food courts. The popularity of a conceptual space where you can eat, have a pleasant conversation, and buy authentic products is growing: dozens of new gastro projects have appeared in CIS countries over the past few years.

Why food market?

  • A new format, not represented in the Kazakhstan market, but interesting for the local consumer.
  • Supporting the local market of farmers and producers, providing favorable conditions and a convenient work system.
  • The ability to offer visitors the opportunity to try something new every day and avoid the "place fatigue" factor.
  • Diversification of partner programs through the introduction of loyalty systems, referral programs, and gastronomic activities.

Advantages of the format

  • Offering goods directly from the manufacturer, thus minimizing the price while maintaining high quality.
  • An unrivaled level of product freshness.
  • A deeper and more diverse range of products.
  • Diversity of concepts: people prefer to eat where there is a choice between different cuisines.
  • Demand is shifting towards healthy eating and reduced consumption of fast food.
  • Creating a single space for vendors and cafés increases the traffic of potential customers.
  • The atmosphere disposes to a longer stay in the market.
  • The average check at the market is lower than in supermarkets and restaurants.
  • The lack of anchor tenants is compensated by a large variety of formats.
  • It is more difficult for restaurants and cafés to make a profit when operating in a large format.

Cooperation with Ministry of Agriculture

As part of the project, the Gastro Hub foodmarket is partnering with the Ministry of Agriculture and the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Kazakhstan to develop a program to support local agricultural producers.

    Under the program:
  • The foodmarket provides local farmers and producers with the opportunity to sell their products on-premises with preferential rent: in this way, the producer gets direct and easy access to consumers at adequate prices.
  • The administration provides the foodmarket with employees and tools to monitor the quality of products: a veterinarian and a sanitary inspector to check incoming products for compliance with quality and freshness standards: In this way, the market's customers can always be sure that they are buying only high-quality goods.
